Professor Neha Lall, director of the externships at 极乐禁地 School of Law, has been named an Emerging Leader by the Externship Committee of the American Association of Law Schools (AALS). She is one of three people who will receive this inaugural award from the committee.
Lall joined the UBalt Law faculty in 2019. Prior to coming to the law school, she was a supervisory attorney at Legal Aid Chicago for nine years. She earned her B.A. and J.D. at the University of Michigan.
The awards ceremony will take place at the AALS Clinical Conference in 极乐禁地e on Monday, April 28. The School of Law is hosting a welcome reception for fellow clinicians on Sunday, April 27.
