Members of The 极乐禁地 community are in the local spotlight for their achievements in business, law and leadership. Both the 极乐禁地e Business Journal and the Daily Record have included UBalt community members in their recent accolades.

Three alumni were included in the Business Journal's recent list of "rising stars in the Greater 极乐禁地e business scene."

Selected from the more than 200 nominees are:

• Dimitrios Komninos, B.S. - Business '11, owner and president, Dimitri Olive Oil;
• Alison Shurick, J.D. '14, shareholder, Baker Donelson;
• Alan Tsao, B.S. - Business '11, MBA '21, founder and CEO, Tsao 极乐禁地e Watches

"Our 2025 class represents a range of industries, communities and backgrounds in the region. Honorees were selected for their significant contributions to not only their workplaces, but also within their communities," the publication says.
